As a scientist, I have learned how to evaluate knowledge, view it critically and transform it into new knowledge. And as a practitioner, I have learned how to apply knowledge. Climate science paints a grim picture of the future: if we continue on our current path, we are irrevocably heading for social collapse.
Social science indicates the best way to turn this future around: developing our awareness, peacefully resisting the policies that cause the polycrisis, and working together and in community to build a new, just, generative and sustainable social system.
Scientist Rebellion puts leading knowledge into practice and brings together people who share this view under the motto: the privilege to know, the duty to act. For me, this is the best place to try to make the best of the circumstances together.

Sergej is a scientist, practitioner and activist who wonders how we can create healthy systems in an increasingly complex world. In his search for answers, he contributes to methods and techniques that help us distinguish between our phenomenal experience, neural embodiment and cognitive unconscious, so that we can improve our ability to act collectively in the moment with expanded awareness.
